Steal Magnolias
I took this picture over a year ago just outside my office. Part of my job was to make sure the grounds/facilities were kept in good shape. I did well with that in some ways, not so hot in others.
Contracting quality carpet cleaning for the entire building - Thousands.
Hiring window cleaning service for the entire building - Many many dollars.
Paying a little extra to have magnolias added to the landscape - Priceless.
Because, as it turns out - who loves Magnolias?
No, not ME, silly! The president of the company!

yep - you is one smart lady :) . . . plus *you* get to smell their declicious yumminess . . . I'm from down south and my mom used to pick magnolias and float them in a bowl in the living room . . . oh the heavenly scent . . . :)

Steve - there's one right outside the shipping door, and there's also one in the front, (South Annex) in the corner by the receptionist window and the copier window. I can't remember what year we contracted the new landscape job there - but it was several years ago.
They only bloom for a short time in the spring, so if you don't pay close attention, it's easy to miss it.
(plus you don't use those doors very often, you wouldn't have observed them)
